Conker Competition
Teacher Eoin apologises for appearing in all of these photos but the children in his class decided to gang up on him to try to crack his conker...but it survived (the conker and it's teacher)!

French Toast
The cheese and banana toasties weren't much of a hit in Teacher Eoin's class a few weeks ago so this time we tried French toast instead, which proved much more popular! Scroll to the bottom of this page for a full recipe!
