Going on a Bear Hunt / Brown Bear

We are reading the book Going on a Bear hunt at the moment. We decided to paint some bears like we read about in the story. We also started to make their caves using paper mâché. We had lots of fun using the glue to make the cave walls, it was a different texture than we normally use during art lessons. 

Here are our finished bears in their caves.  

To continue with our bear theme we are reading Brown Bear what do you see this week. We painted the animals that are in the story for our book display in class. As you can see we met loads of different animals in our story.
